Danielle and John make such an amazing and knowledgeable team. Danielle was our realtor and John also helped us during the process as first home buyers. Danielle is kind, respectful, honest, responsive. She always helped us make the decisions thinking about what was best for our family and our finances. As first home buyers we had so many questions, and she answered them with patience and care. John is also wonderful! He did several showings with us. He is very knowledgeable about houses and knows what to look for. We learned so much from both of them that I can’t believe I can now identify load bearing walls. They complement each other well and are both really easy to work with. They also have an assistant, Diane, who would send us the disclosures before touring a house, would send us reminders to make sure we didn’t miss any deadlines and served as a guide through the process. She was an additional resource that it was nice to have. Danielle kept helping us and guiding us even after closing the home and during the moving process. If I knew all of this before, I would have started the process with them earlier. We will always be thankful😌
